At Imona Technologies, we specialize in developing machine learning-based solutions to improve employee behavior and productivity for clients in Europe and beyond. We have worked with a variety of clients, including leading insurance companies like Allianz and Metlife, financial institutions like QNB and Yapi Kredi Bank, and retail chains like Koçtaş.

One of our key areas of expertise is developing gamification-based employee behavior systems that incentivize positive behaviors and improve overall performance. With Anadolu Insurance, for example, we developed a machine learning-based system that uses predictive analytics to identify employees who may be at risk of poor performance or high levels of absenteeism. The system then uses gamification techniques to incentivize positive behaviors, like punctuality and meeting targets, through a points-based award system.

We also developed a similar system for Koçtaş, which uses machine learning algorithms to analyze employee behavior and identify areas for improvement. The system tracks data on employee activity, such as sales and customer interactions, and provides real-time feedback to help employees improve their performance.

Another example of a reference project we completed with QNB was a machine learning-based rewards system for their Collections department. In this project, we used predictive analytics to analyze customer payment histories and identify those who were at risk of defaulting on their loans. The system then used gamification techniques to incentivize Collections agents to work with these customers to help them get back on track with their payments. Agents earned points for successfully resolving payment issues, and those points could be redeemed for rewards like gift cards or extra time off.
